My extensive experience as a financial executive spans several industries, with more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in publicly traded global manufacturing companies. I currently sit on the board of Hooker Furnishings, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: HOFT) designer, manufacturer and importer of furniture, and chair the Compensation Committee.
My strategic action approach has worked successfully in lower-middle-market and middle-market companies as well as non-profit businesses.
